DHABA INDIAN CUISINE
Rituals with offerings and prayers to the gods for blessings and prosperity for the opening of a dhaba in Bogota. A dhaba is a typical Indian restaurant where vegetarians and non-vegetarian dishes are served as usually does in India. It is a magical place where the symbolism, spices, smells and colors are mixed to transport you to a different and richly diverse culture.
